Over the years her aunt purchased an extraordinary collection of high style couture including the pictured dress from the designer Norman Norell (pieces by him are exhibited at The Met). Made of not so politically correct monkey fur, it was in style in the 1960’s. At auction this piece would be estimated between $3,000 and $5,000.
